Making more time for myself

Sometimes we are so busy with jobs, family, friends, or school that we forget ourselves. Devoting more time to yourself is not selfish, but can actually be very therapeutic and beneficial to everyone around you! Set aside an hour to do something for yourself, or simply spend time thinking about who you are, what are your beliefs, your goals, your hopes and dreams. Spending this time on yourself will make you a happier, more relaxed and confident person!
