L'action consiste à fournir une éducation et formation informelle aux jeunes déscolarisés involontairement dans la Circonscription de Toamasina, Madagascar. Principe: Former et envoyer des jeunes volontaires pour y réaliser. Cibles: Jeunes vivant dans des situations difficiles comme (après les catastrophes natures qui frappent la région de temps en temps)
