The average shower lasts 7 minutes and uses 35 liters of water while a similar shower with a low flow shower head uses only one third of that. I commit to taking shorter showers and installing a low flow shower head. Another option is to turn off the water when it is not needed. Do you really need to have the hot water running when you are soaping up or shaving your legs?
